FAQ
What happens after the initial 12 months?
Once you’ve completed your initial 12-month term and all payments are up to date, ownership of the bespoke website transfers to you. Your managed service then continues on a monthly rolling basis, so we’ll continue hosting, maintaining and supporting your website unless you choose to cancel.
What happens if I cancel after 12 months?
Once you own your website, you’re free to move it to another suitable hosting provider. If you cancel your managed service, we’ll provide the website for transfer or help arrange a handover. Third-party licences provided as part of our managed service may need to be replaced.
